Anthony Bianco
Co-Owner Anthony Vineyards
Bi-Mor Farms and Bianco Fruit Corporation started by Anthony A. Bianco in Fresno in 1950. Following the founder's death in 1967, his 4 sons carried his vision forward founding Anthony Vineyards with 160 acres of grapes. Today, with their land holdings at more than 6,500 acres, the youngest of the 4, Domenick, or, "Cookie," oversees the day-to-day operations of Anthony Vineyards.
Today's Anthony Bianco was elected to a 4-year term on the CVWD Board of Directors in 2016 and re-elected in 2020. He was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and graduated from Palm Desert High School.  Anthony earned a degree in agricultural business and returned to the desert to work with his family’s farm.  Anthony is currently farm manager with Anthony Vineyards, growing conventional and organic grapes, lemons, dates and mangos. He serves on the Living Desert Advisory Council, Coachella Valley Association of Governments Energy and Environment Committee, Coachella Valley Conservation Commission, Salton Sea Authority and Coachella Valley Golf and Water Task Force.
